Useless
It's so difficult to get a call back from a manager or even someone from finance department after making numerous calls and sitting with a high cell phone bill. They dnt ever tell us about double debits. All they ever want is money because they have processes and gives a damn about the client. I would never ever recommend this medical aid for anybody.
