Useless Bonitas Medical Fund

Been with many Bonita med Aid for many year and when you need them everything is rejected and everything from come of your day to Day savings. Like GP consultants, Specialist, blood test, over the counter medicine. Even when there is funds showing on under available, they said we have hit our limit but show available. My wife is try to treat her back pain without going for a back operations which will cost Bonita over R 500K but wont paid for Pain management of R 2500. We pay a lot for the scheme we are on. They will only pay 100% of their rates when you end up in hospital when its too late. I don't recommend using them. I'm looking to leave them because they only care about the money and not the clients. They don't deserve even the one star.

Their motto should be: "How can we reject your claim"
