Useless Bonitas

Since moving from Medscheme to Momentum, Bonitas is a lost case. Claims not paid, can get authorisation, hold on for ages on the phone and then the consultant helping you is not in the mood for helping. This was the biggest mistake Bonitas could ever made...... They are now beyond useless !!!!
