USELESS AND RIDICULOUS FEEDBACK FROM MANAGER.

In Regards to account that has not been payed by my medical due to Dr not being part of Network . 'Same Dr that they have always payd in the last three years' but what was shocking is the poor advice or help that they give you.. and not being able to answer the questions that is asked .. And the manager Rashaad . A giving wrong info .. and not worrying about a Client that has been with bonitas for more than 5 years . All I want to do is cancel my medical aid with then .
