Useless and impossible to get a response from

I have been unable to get a response from any Bonitas department over a disputed claim, which they have calculated incorrectly according to their own rules. They are also completely unable to explain it over the phone, and cannot explain why I do not have access to the R64000 physical rehabilitation benefit that is in my contract. Remind me not to break any bones again on Bonitas.
