SASSA is NOT giving us any feedback as you know everything with government is a hassle, HOW do you want me to get the info if they don’t assist me.

PLEASE work on the info I gave, my Mom’s bankstatements clearly states that she’s getting an income of R1990 per month from SASSA I ALSO sent her application of SASSA what more??????????

I can’t provide a Sassa statement I have requested a profile registration for my MOM online 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting why penalise us if they are not assisting????

I have sent documents that includes her SASSA application, bank statements that shows what my Mom is getting.

At the end of the day, how much more would you like to calculate her premium on on R1900 from SASSA Bonitas, also she is a PMB patient, widowed i am the contributor for her medical aid since day 1. Please can you consider assisting before the 30th there won't be funds for the highest possible bracket as you state in your email notifications.
