Urgent: Delayed Authorization for Breast Biopsy

I would like to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the delayed authorization for my breast biopsy scheduled for July 8th. Despite my doctor sending all necessary documents, including procedure codes, a motivational letter, and x-ray results, on June 2nd, your team has failed to prioritize this life-threatening matter.

On June 6th, I received a letter stating that the request was under review by your Medical Advisor. However, after multiple follow-up calls, I was informed that additional information was required, which had already been sent. Finally, at 4 pm on June 7th, I received an email declining my request due to the lack of motivation, x-ray, and price.

I am appalled by the incompetence and disregard for my well-being displayed by your team. As a matter of life and death, I expect a higher level of urgency and priority. The delay has caused me to miss my biopsy appointment, and I am still awaiting approval.

I request immediate attention to this matter, and I expect a prompt response regarding the necessary next steps to expedite the authorization process.
