Urgent chronic medication not deliver
Once again I have to deal with endless call to the pathetic , pharmacy direct you choose to service and help your members. Please have management Phone me to get an alternative to get chronic medication to my elderly mother, seeing you dont allow her to collect at the pharmacy, herself. I can not go through a whole month of endless calls to them again to get medication.

My elderly moms medication is finished and the only script is with pharmacy direct. I dont want my mom to end up in hospital, due to not being supplier with her medication today stil. Your prompt respons will be appreciated.
