Urgent Chronic Medication Declined!!!!!!

Reference Number 191124QLW2VD I am hereby referring to this response of my Chronic Medication Anticoagulant Rezalto

Since the 9th of December I have been sending correspondence requesting that this medication be registered as a Chronic medication Your response that it has been declined as there are cheaper options Who at Bonitas Medical Aide gets to decide which medication I should be on as it is a cheaper option, for whom? This after I sent through the REFERRAL AND MOTIVATION FROM THE DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!

It was a mutual decision between My Doctor and myself that Rezalto would be the safer option for me As per my health issues, Warfrin was not applicable due to side effects thereof The fact I work long hours, Have no vehicle and am unable to attend to a lab every week for blood tests for RN levels AS WOULD BE WITH THE WARFRIN Was also a consideration

At point 99 I am told that my request has been declined, this after I explained telephonically that I have no medication left I have no consultation funds available to get another prescription In the event that my Blood starts clotting due to non medication and this health condition turns fatal, due to your ridiculous decision hereof Who would held accountable???????

After I have been with this Medical Aide Forever Bonitas Medical Aide is Failing me!!!!!!!
