*UPDATE* - BIGGEST MISTAKE JOINING BONITAS

As per my last review, the chronic benefits issue has been resolved, so I will keep my membership and don't intend to terminate it.

However, why do I still not have OTC benefits? I ordered OTC meds for myself on Monday, and I had to pay cash. Please resolve this as this is getting ridiculous now.

Also, according to your email reply about the suspension, there should not have been a suspension at that time because I was up to date with my contributions. Check your records properly!!! It's not my fault that your slow staff did not allocate the contribution timeously.
