Unwilling to listen or investigate a claim

<p>During my last 4 years Bonitas rejected half of my chronic medication claims.</p> <p>When I inquire about the rejection I was informed that they will only relook at it if they receive my latest blood tests for certain conditions. This is only depleting you funds and they doaght a Medical practitioners capabilities.</p> <p>So Bonitas force you to do test that you don’t want, and then they refuse the pay the claims for the test. Their reply “you reach you fund limits”.</p> <p>When I queried this reply they flat out ignore all mails I send them</p>
