Unsatisfactory query resolution
I am very disappointed with the way my query has been handled. I've sent countless amount if emails with associated attachments for them to update my tax info. They have not attended to it correctly. I've also requested a supervisor or manager call me, but to no avail. So for now, I fail to see why I should give them a higher rating.
