UNRESOLVED COMPLAIN
THE COMPLAIN HAS STILL NOT BEEN SETTELED .THEY GAVE ME A REF NO 130622Q4Z3BB - CJJ KRUGER NEARLY A MONTH AGO WHITH STILL NO RESULT I STILL MAINTAIN THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.. EVEN THIS MONTH'S STATEMENT SHOW A COMPLETE ERROR.
