Unreliable and life-threatening Bonitas

My wife, Mrs MM Morolong, medical aid number ***, cell number ***, is due for an operation tomorrow. Regrettably, Bonitas has not issued the authorisation because the wrong codes were used; they very codes they provided the doctor with. To further display their inefficiency and ineptitude, the matter was escalated to their Administrators who, 24 hours before the scheduled operation, have not granted authorisation. Does anyone at Bonitas ever think of the danger their are posing to my wife's life? Your service is deplorable!!!! I am glad I terminated my Bonitas membership long ago!
