Unreasonable Delay and Failure to Pay Savings Refund – Bonitas Medical Fund

I am writing to formally complain about the unreasonable delay and failure to pay my medical savings refund relating to my membership with Bonitas Medical Fund.

I submitted my completed savings refund application forms, together with all the required supporting documents, in February 2025. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails requesting payment of my refund. Despite these efforts, I have received no payment to date, nor any satisfactory explanation for the continued delay.

This prolonged non-payment is unreasonable and causes financial strain. I have comp**** fully with all Bonitas requirements, and I therefore expect my savings refund to be processed and paid without further delay.

I request urgent intervention and written confirmation of:

The status of my savings refund, and

The date on which payment will be made.
