unreasonable

My mom johanna has been a member since 2009 and i pay for her, she recently tuned 60 and started getting state pension. As per government she gets the max r1420 which is also what she declared. Bonitas are insisting on a statment from sasa and after numoures explenstions that they dont give an aggrogant agent told her she will be charge the max possible because of this. I find this totally unacceptable. She got hold of someone at sasa that said if they get a written request from bonitas they will provide the info but an agent again said they are not willing. Again this is unacceptable. So now i am stepping in. Please send a letter requesting this or accept that according to government regulation the max for state pension is set.
