Unrealistically high increase on Boncap premium for unemployed person.

<p>I am writing on behalf of my sister who does not have a Hellopeter account. Not only that, but I too am mostly responsible for paying her monthly premiums.</p> <p>As per usual we completed the Boncap Income Verification form and indicated on the form that she is unemployed. She receives a monthly allowance from between R900 and R1000 on a monthly basis and we forwarded bank statements reflecting this as well.</p> <p>Her monthly premium has now gone up from R385 monthly to a ridiculous R885! I don't understand how you can implement such a huge increase for someone who is not employed.</p> <p>At the moment I am responsible for her premiums and I too only have a temp position, which expires early in the new year. This Bonitas have been made aware of, yet everything falls on deaf ears.</p> <p>This is the third HelloPeter review I have written in my entire life and it has only been Bonitas - no other business.</p> <p>I am very disappointed, in actual fact, disgusted that an unemployed person's premium has more than doubled!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
