Good day<br> I recently requested a simple advice for medical aid plan review for 2016 via email and got a response from a consultant thandi motha via email who firstly did not read and understand my request.<br> <br> In my opinion this person was not qualified enough to handle this query and should have been escalated.<br> <br> Secondly the response time took - 7 days which I think should have done within 3 working days.<br> <br> Ref 260315q826So m***
