Unprofessional service
I have been with Bonitas for 11 Years but this years the service I am getting is unprofessional .I am supposed to pay R1870 and I paid R2000.They suspended my membership. I called them several times and they said I must email the proof I did now they said I owe R580.How because I paid even over.Now is the 17 February without benefits that is paid already.
