Unprofessional disrespectful - Margaret

I took my mother to the Medscheme office in Polokwane. Her medical aid was suspended and we wanted to understand why, especially since the outstanding amount was high. The service consultant was very rude and started shouting that she has already explained the same issue to my sister the previous week. I tried to explain that the reason why we came back was because we now had a bank statement which still did not reconcile with the outstanding amount and that was the reason why we came back. People were laughing as she told my mother that we are making her tired and if my mother has 9 children is she going to bring all of them so that she can explain the same thing to all off them. By that time my mother (75 years old) was in tears and stood up to go and sit outside while I sorted out the matter we were there for. She eventually gave us a printout which clearly showed where the shortfall was, meanwhile shouting that the reason why my mother did not have money to pay for medical aid is because I took her pension money. She mentioned this at least 3 times in the conversation while we were busy sorting out the debit order problem.
