UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSES

I am very unhappy to the service I got from Bonitas. ive missed one payment and then I made arrangement that im going to pay that one payment over two months with my other monthly instalments they agreed but not even an hour later about 5 emails and a sms came trough that ive been suspended and must make a payment now and got about 5 emails and smsses everyday there after so I decided to cancel. A consultant phoned me that day refusing my cancellation and said they were sorry about all the emails etc so I gave them another chance to my regret I received so many emails and smsses that ive been suspended and must make payment and that after I made a payment so again I cancelled. I was still in my cooling off period and my money was promised to be paid back ive phoned 3 times and still im waiting for my money everytime they have a different excuse but wow if you are a member you must pay or get suspended so what must I do about Bonitas not paying me my money back?? Really very poor service indeed.
