Unpaid Savings Refund

On the 11 April 2025 I wrote the following review with regards to Bonita Medical Aid Refund

"I have since submitted a claim for my savings refund and it has been almost two weeks now without getting the refund. The Bonitas option in question (BonSave) has since been closed over twelve months ago and as a result, it cannot undergo OR wait for another months period as prescribed (At least this is what one of their agents advised me about). I speak to a different agent almost daily with the same response: "the matter has been escalated" but nothing is happening."

To date, no refund has been made to me. I was informed about five times that an EFT has been prepared but it is all lies because none of the so-called EFTs have been paid even after I made enquiries. As a result, I am considering cancelling my membership with Bonitas. This refund is overdue by more than a year.
