Unpaid refund

I am so disappointed with bonitas , my mother was a principal member and had passed away in December. Medical aid deducted premium for January which they have acknowledged that they will refund. I then started making follow-ups since late January as the one responsible for making funeral arrangements and paying all debts for the deceased. I sent them all documents they have requested from me and everytime I enquire they just acknowledge receipt of the email. Can someone help with how to get the refund since January and I have unsettled medical accounts that I need to settle I even get charged interests because I have been waiting for bonitas to refund so that I can pay the debt of the deceased
