UNPAID PMB - POOR SERVICE MARA PHARMACY

My mom is on Boncap medical aid and they handed over the Chronic administration to MARA Pharmacy - I have been emailing for weeks and no response, My mom never had these problems with Pharmacy Direct now my mm has no medication. She also had a pacemaker inserted 03/12/2024 Approved as a PMB - My mother needed blood tests relating to the pacemaker requested by the cardiologist post op a week later most clinically to ensure it is working. Now they wont pay for the test. My mom Fell in the shower 01 March 2025 she was treated in ER and admitted due to fracture this once again is PMB - Fell slipped in shower. PMB Level of care, due to comorbidities the surgeon did not operate and put a cast on, post cast the Doctor advised He is not contracted to Bonitas, I had to run around for a orthopedic , Dr R Salie assisted us but the scheme only paid R300 this is again PMB level of care what care would she has received if she was treated at teh state.
