Unpaid medical bills - PMB Condition

After months of emails and calls, it appears I am no closer to finalising the unpaid medical bills that dates back for almost a year ago.<br> <br> About 2 months back I was finally assigned a sort of case manager to assist in resolving my claims, for a PMB Condition, but that has now also gone cold with Salome not responding to any mails I have sent in the past month.<br> <br> Can I please get someone to take this matter seriously as I am getting debt collection calls every other day and most, if not all, of these claims are covered by the medical aid as this was for a PMB condition.<br> <br>
