Unpaid claims since 12 November 2024

I'm here writing another complaint about Bonitas medical aid. Since my last complain nothing has been done. I've been in constant communication with an agent by the name Masedibeng Morare whom at first seemed she would be able to assist me with my claims to be paid. She promised all my outstanding claims would be paid by the 19th January 2025 yet till today my hospital bill with Carstenhof as well my gynecologist fee has not been settled. This dates back to the 12 November 2024, I am not sure how Bonitas medical aid conduct their business but this is unacceptable. I am not going to stop complaining until my issues are resolved. I've also been asking to cancel my services with the scheme however I'm told if I cancel they wont pay my claims. I'm now forced to continue paying Bonitas while they are not paying my claims how does that work. I want to cancel and have my claims paid so I can partways with them forever but also seems impossible. I need my claims to be paid Bonitas how hard is this.
