Unpaid Claims
In or around July 2023 , I sent Bonitas my claims for a hernia surgery that I underwent in China. My claims were sent to ***, ***, *** and ***. They responded by sending me a statement confirming that the member will be reimbursed approximately R38000.00. To date after i did not receive any funds / reimbur*****t. I made several attempts to contact Sharon, Hester or anyone else was fruitless, reason being I got no replies to my emails. All I want is to be reimbursed. That is why we take out medical insurance
