Unpaid claims

I submitted an anaesthetist PMB claim on 28 January 2015 which was not paid in full by Bonitas for a procedure done 5 January 2015. I followed up with the broker who informed me that the PMB dept is in a back log. I am still waiting on feedback from Bonitas as to the payment of that account. I got letters from the dr saying that I will be handed over if that account is not settled. Its almost 90 days. Can someone please get back to me with regards to this matter.
