Unpaid Claim with No explanation

I would like to register a complaint about the service we received from Bonitas Medical Fund, last year June we were blessed with a baby girl and our Dr claimed for the amount which was not paid even today. Below is the last communication we received from Bonitas:

Thank you for your e-mail.

I would like to extend my apologies for the inconvenience caused pertaining to this account.

Due to system enhancements, some of service providers including for this account were affected which hindered payments for run date 01 March 2018.

I noticed our I.T department circulated communication today in confirming enhancements are completed.

I have just referred the account to our claims specialist to prioritise, I will keep you posted on the developments.
