Unpaid claim caused bad credit

A claim was submitted for casualty treatment.<br> This was rejected to ' no authorization'. On querying Bonitas then advised the claim was rejected due to no benefit and savings being depleted. On querying it seemed the savings had been all used due to a hospitalization claim being incorrectly paid from savings. This was corrected. The casualty claim was resubmitted and was then rejected due to the wrong or no ICD 10 codes being stated. The hospital insists the codes are correct.<br> <br> In the meantime the hospital has handed over this unpaid bill, to a debt agency nearly 3 months later.<br> <br> I have a mental health benefit which I will now need.
