Unpaid claim because medical aid claims it was not emergency...while baby was a bridge

Someone please interven, I'm a studded patient because of Bonitas I give birth last year August up until now the funds are not paid in full .....

M so disappointed i have been to this medical aid more than 7 years but now I'm thinking otherwise if I had to pay more than 35000 .00 from my pocket ...

I'm do worried cos we have options and we choose it according to the affordability now if out of that affordability we still have to pay so much just 4 giving birth hence Dr can detect the need for certain treatment..if the scheme tells no it was not suppose to be like that...up to which stage dr can tell about his or her patient
