Unpaid c-section

Bonitas is refusing to pay for my c-section although I used a gynaecologist that is in their network, had authorisation and informed them that the baby was bridged and not of normal weight.I have received a bill of R2962,31 from my gynae.I also thought that newborns were automatically covered but Bonitas took almost a month to register my newborn even though I had submitted all the paperwork .
