Unnecessary delays to refund me
<p>I received an "UPDATE OF BANKING DETAILS FOR REFUNDS FORMS" to complete and the fax number does'nt work unfortunately. My query is WHY MUST I SUBMIT this forms as BONITAS has my banking details already? I have emailed the forms and even phoned to check if BONITAS have lost my banking details and Megan confirmed my CORRECT medical details. Can i please receive my refunds on teh bank details that you have on the system.</p>
