******** deductions and incurring their own penalt

I had a double debit from Bonitas and when I called the call centre I was told by Rejoice Arnold the reason for the double debit was because of not submitting confirmation of income and was led to believe if I did send I would get my funds back at first I was reluctant because of the inconvenience but I did and when I called back the following day I was told by a Janine Komal I would not get it back I have been with them from 2012 and this never happened before why now and why so much which is R1110.10 I didn't mind a small late penalty but not R1110.00 ,I would like to have my money refunded as this is ******** and I never agreed to this at any stage then on my third call Phinda Zwane he also told me the same and it was a penalty. This is thieving by BONITAS MEDICAL AID on innocent clients and taking advantage of people making their own rules on how to gain profits the easy way to supplement their pockets. I have now started shopping for a new medical aid that has over the counter benefits as well as this Boncap does not never mind *****ing my last few pennies
