unlaw double debit

my medical aid double debit me for forms that I had to submit to them confirming my income which I did on the 30.01.2015 with Ref 300115q64L16g confirming that they did receive my documents. On Tuesday the 03.03.2015 I receive a sms that my account was double debited, I called the medical aid to ask them why they double debit me they said I didn't submit the required documents, I then told the consultant I did and gave him the reference number he had to speak to his team leader keeping me on the phone for more than a half an hour just to tell me they did get my documents and they have to check and let me know im still waiting for an out come to this day and I have to keep on contacting them to reverse this money, all I can say they are pathetic and im not impress with their service, im so disgusted I have no words
