Unhappy newbie!

I have not been with Bonitas for a month and I'm already experiencing problems!

First, I told the consultant I do not want gap cover. I was told she advises people to take gap cover. She then went ahead and added gap cover, knowing fully well I did not want it.

Secondly - I was on a medical insurance and I needed to give 30 days notice. Hence, my contract at Bonitas would start from 1 November 2022. However, the consultant emails me to EFT as my October payment did not go off. I sent her the email back where she stated my contract will start on 1 November 2022 and she immediately sent an email to Bonitas to rectify this.

On 2 November 2022, I noticed Bonitas had deducted twice from my account. When this was queried, I was told my contract started on 1 October 2022.

I CANNOT afford to pay double - which is exactly why I gave my medical insurance 30 days notice before starting with Bonitas.

Please rectify this with immediate effect.
