Unhappy member of Bonitas medical aid

I'm currently a member at Bonitas medical aid, my payslip for April 2022 reflects that they deducted money from my salary, I'm the main member and also have my daughter as a member and paying for the both of us, Last week my daughter got sick took her to the Doctor to my surprise I was informed that Bonitas says I'm not a registered member together with my daughter. my membership number is *** and ID *** also have a membership card that they posted to me, but they claim I'm not a member can anyone explain this because I ended up making a cash payment to the Doctor ***. I REGRET EVER REGISTERING WITH THIS MEDICAL AID!!!!!!!
