Terrible customer service on your APP the start agent chat option is completely useless. The agents are always unavailable. On whatsapp same issues or you dont receive a response. Websites says soneone must register on the Online wellness assessment yet i cant find it on your APP or website. How are you guys making the service a convenience if all your channels to help customers are ineffective
