Unfair termination

I wrote a review about unfair termination last week no one has even bothered to call me instead they sending me no-reply emails I don't understand why must I be getting emails from ghosts, they are telling me that I must reapply for the medical aid after I paid money. They want me so start from scratch with waiting period. They are responding with actual calls they are busy with no-reply email . I want my medical aid to be reinstated. A consultant told me I need to pay arrears for it to be reinstated now I am being taken from pillar to post
