Unfair termination

I joined Bonitas medical aid 2 months after joining I lost my job when a consultant called around November I explained to them that I lost my job but I will try to pay the little I had she said its fine. Now I received a termination letter when I call to enquire I am being taken from pillar to post one consultant tells me I have to pay the arrears in full for the medical aid to be reinstated or they give me my little credit and one said because I did not skip full 3 months without any payment I must send my POPs to credit of which I did and then I get an email saying that my medical aid was terminated in October 2025 while I did not get any termination letter and December I still made payments, how can a medical aid br terminated and I don't get communication.
