Unfair Suspension

I am so dissapointed and angered by Bonitas medical fund, my Mom works for Westrand Dylasis and uses Bonittas medical. she has since been sick and is on sick leave and her medical aid is now paid by Monentum disability grant since she is unfit to go to work. For the past 3 months Momentum pays the medical aid on the 25th of each month just like how it was paid by her employer. What is really traumatic and frustrating for my mum is that every time she goes to the Doctors they say her medical aid is suspended yet it's been paid, In November she had to pay cash by the Dr cause the medical aid status reflected as Suspended, however when we complained to momentum 2 days later they apologized and said they only saw POP from momentum but my mum was not even compensated for the embarrassment and trauma and cash paid at the Dr. on the 06th December she went to the Dr again and experienced same problem we called Momentum and they confirmed payment was made to Bonittas. My mum is medically unfit!! we do not have cash always lying around to pay for medical bills which is why we have medical aid for her. Can Bonitas explain how is it that it's so easy to accept cash from clients yet clients do not recieve what they are paying for. My mum is always traumatized and frustrated everytime she goes to the Dr, she's always embarrassed being Turned back for suspended medical yet being paid on time. we really need explanation to this or cancel this medical aid and refund the 3 months paid for nothing!!!
