Unfair payment

After 6 months I received payment from Bonitas..... But although it was for my Cancer tests and I'm registered for Cancer they only paid a very small part of both accounts... I know it's still their issue because I went to the wrong GP.... Because the staff of Bonitas gave me the wrong information regarding the nomination of a GP.. I don't have an income and pay my medical aid regularly with the rent of a room I received and my Sassa. I'm sorry but it looks like Bonitas care more for money than clients. I CAN NÓT PAY THAT ACCOUNTS AND I WILL NÓT BECAUSE IT WAS NÓT MY FAULT
