Unfair costing and business practice
It goes beyond comprehension that I am being charged a late joining fee when I joined Bonitas the very next month from resigning from my previous medical aid after being a member with my previous medical aid for 11 years. To add insult to injury Bonitas has now sent a follow up request for the details of my medical aid prior to the one I have just resigned from. What would be the motivation behind this request to provide info on membership more than 11 years ago other than to try their utmost for me to find a service provider that is willing to have me as a member. What makes it worse it that I do not have any benefits for 3 months other than PMB's despite being on a medical aid up to the date I joined Bonitas with my previous medical aid of which the membership was proven via the relevant documentation.
