I would like to know why you are telling patients that I am putting them on wrong medication and medication not indicated for a certain condition. The medication that you decline because it is not available in the state sector is actually on tender in the clinics in the gauteng south area so it is available not as a buy out or extra motivation buy medication. So that excuse your head psychiatrist use is totally invalid. Then also because you decline that you decline other medication setting that because you not a specific mood stabilizer you won't cover the rest. I'm truly sorry but I have studied long enough to know what is one of the top three actual mood stabilizers. You send these letters out to patients and make me out to be the fool, or implicating I wrote ********** scripts to only get a certain medication approved both allocations are unacceptable. Your will have to retract that in writing as this leads to defamation of character. My practice is run ethically and legally if your computer generated answers don't agree don't say a panel will look at it, that a lie. I have requested your legal departments contact detail but yet no response now a formal complaint will be lodged against the scheme.
