I am extremely upset and disappointed at the ********* behaviour of Bonitas Boncap Option. With absolutely no prior warning my account was debited with an extra R7389 on my medical aid option !. For most consumers we not just have R7000 laying around in wait .. upon calling their call centre I was advised that this was for \outstanding documents for income verification""
