Unbelievable
I lost my job in 2019 and I went in Bonitas's offices in Johannesburg to cancel the medical aid completely, and they are still going for a debit from my bank account every month (notice period). I've never claimed not even once since I took the hospital plan (+2 years).
Wow - what happened to the money that I've been paying for those 2 years.
