Unauthorized Deduction

For the month of March I was debitted twice. One debit says \bonsubs"which is the monthly contribution. The second says \""bon arrs\"". When I call the call centre they tell me I never declared my new salary for 2015. How the heck can I be penalized for that if nobody made contact with me. A silly email doesn't always work. I study the CPA almost every day as this is part of my business model and this is very fishy. How many others have they not deducted from in order to make that \""GAP\"" cover for their business?
