Unauthorised Deductions and unacceptable service

3 Mar received FNB payment notification to Bonitas =Bon Subs R675 AND Bon Arrs R968 - Subs have never been skipped, I sent income verification on 2 Jan with bank statements to verify income. I earn a fluctuating income for i have been unemployed since 13 June 2014, have been doing beauty treatments @ homes for an income. Usual Subs for BonCap option was R615 and yearly increase now R675pm (which has been fine) Phoned Accounts today- Phenyo (***) attended to my issue for a R1643 has been deducted in total without prior notice. She stated that this will NOT BE REFUNDED even if i submit an affidavit stating my position of income.<br> I asked to speak to her supervisor, she stated that NONE of the supervisors are in reach, I asked for her to leave a note to call me back ASAP, she claimed that she does not know when any of them will be available. This is unacceptable for not notifying me in Jan after verifying my Income that they were longing my Affidavit, and that additional costs are awaiting should this not be in by x-date.<br> Additional deduction of R968 was unauthorised as i haven't received ANY correspondence from them in ANY form...!
