Unauthorised Deductions

Greetings.<br> In this recent month I have notice that Bonita's have deducted an amount of nearly twice the monthly medical aid fees in addition to current medical aid fees from my bank account. Upon telephonic enquiry I was informed that it was a penalty for not submitting the income verification details. I have then requested the call attendee to verify whether any notification has been sent out in this regards, which she eventually confirm that no such notification exists. I am therefore extremely disappointed with Bonitas for deducting the amount which was unauthorised and I was not informed of. I have subsequently sent Bonita's a formal letter of complaint of which I am still to receive feedback on.<br> <br> Paging through the complaints on this website, I notice that my complaint about Bonita's lack of informing and unauthorised deducting members is not unique to my case.<br> <br> I am disappointed and will therefore spreading the word on this unfair and ********** service received from Bonita's<br> <br> Regards,<br> R Rajkaran
