Unauthorised debit order
Good day
I had unauthorised debit order that went through from Bonitas.There was an consultant who was assisting me with application ,in between the application process I requested the consultant to cancel the application and not go through it .I have proof of communication in February and this debit went through today .I was also contacted by Bonitas and requested that they cancel .I need my money back in my account in the next 24hrs otherwise I'm reporting this to the police. I'm currently in hospital and I dont need to dealing with this.

26 Apr 2023, 00:39On the 1st of February I sent necessary documents to Buyiswa ,on the 3rd February I requested her not to no longer go through with application .On the phone I received, they confirmed my account is suspended but why is not debited in April .I really dont need this now ,this is very unprofessional, cant be waking in the middle of night ,in hospital and deal with such .
